Apilo
Apilo is a Polish multichannel e-commerce management system designed for merchants who sell in several places at once. It pulls orders from marketplaces — Allegro, Amazon, eBay, Empik and others — and from the merchant's own online stores into one shared panel, then automates the routine that follows every sale: issuing the invoice, printing the shipping label, notifying the customer and adjusting stock levels across all channels at the same time.
How Apilo works
Apilo connects to each sales channel through that platform's official API and keeps data synchronized in both directions on a continuous schedule. Every order, regardless of origin, lands in a unified queue where configurable statuses and automation rules take over. The core capabilities include:
- Offer and stock synchronization — selling one unit on any channel immediately lowers availability everywhere else, which prevents overselling from a shared inventory;
- Billing automation — receipts and invoices are generated automatically and can flow onward to accounting software;
- Shipping — carrier integrations produce labels and book pickups without retyping addresses;
- An open REST API — custom storefronts, ERP or warehouse management systems plug into the same order pipeline as the native integrations.
Practical application
The typical Apilo user runs a store on WooCommerce or PrestaShop alongside two or three marketplace accounts. Instead of juggling separate dashboards, the team processes everything from a single queue, and automation rules handle the repetitive steps — a paid order can trigger invoice generation and courier booking with no human input. The model also suits dropshipping, where forwarding orders to suppliers quickly is the whole business.
One operational note: an integrator does not replace your store's infrastructure. Apilo talks to your storefront over its API, so the store's hosting performance and uptime directly determine how fast orders and stock levels synchronize — a slow or overloaded server becomes the bottleneck of the entire sales pipeline.

Najczęstsze pytania
Can Apilo be connected to a custom online store?
Yes. Besides ready-made integrations with platforms like WooCommerce, PrestaShop or Shoper, Apilo publishes an open REST API. A custom storefront, ERP or warehouse system can push orders and pull stock data through it just like the built-in connectors do.
