We connect the servers under our care to the built-in monitoring of the app.nodea.io/app platform. We watch service availability and performance proactively, straight from the panel — and an outage alert reaches the administrators before a user reports it.
nodeaD — anti-DDoS with self-healing
Our in-house anti-DDoS system, integrated with monitoring. It detects and blocks attacks proactively, and on failure it triggers self-healing — automatic response and recovery of services before users feel it.

3-AZ architecture
We keep servers and services across three independent availability zones (3-AZ) in the Tricity. This is an edge most providers don't offer — you design for high availability at the infrastructure level.

What our Windows Server administration covers
Active Directory and directory services
We design and maintain Active Directory domains: domain controllers, GPO policies, DNS and DHCP, OU structures and permissions. We also untangle environments inherited from previous administrators — including undocumented ones.
Remote Desktop Services (RDS)
We manage remote desktop farms: application publishing, user profiles, CAL licensing and remote-access security — from multi-factor authentication to keeping RDP off the public internet.
SQL Server
We maintain Microsoft SQL Server databases: backup plans and restore testing, indexes and maintenance plans, query performance monitoring and — for critical workloads — Always On clusters.
COMARCH ERP Optima and XL
We run the server side of COMARCH ERP environments: version upgrades, database performance and cooperation with your Comarch partner during rollouts. Few providers combine Windows administration with hands-on Optima/XL experience — we do.

We configure and verify backups, and in higher plans we run regular restore tests and maintain a Disaster Recovery plan with a standby location in our Gdansk and Gdynia data centers.

We operate Hyper-V clusters with replication and failover, plan zero-downtime migrations between hosts and consolidate ageing physical servers into virtual environments.

Frequently asked questions
Can you take over an environment left by a previous admin, with no documentation?
Yes — that is our everyday scenario. The setup fee covers an environment audit: an inventory of servers, roles and services, a backup and security review, and fresh documentation. You get a report with risks and recommendations, and we take over with zero downtime for your business.
Do you help with Windows Server and SQL Server licensing?
Yes. We advise on the licensing model (CSP, perpetual, SPLA) and can supply subscription licences. A Windows Server licence alone can cost several hundred zloty a month — the right model often pays for a large part of the administration fee.
Do you support COMARCH ERP Optima and XL environments?
Yes — COMARCH ERP server maintenance is part of the Premium plan. We handle version upgrades, SQL Server performance under Optima/XL and cooperate with your Comarch partner on rollouts and configuration changes.
What happens when I use up the hours included in my plan?
Emergency work is always done — the safety of your environment comes first. Planned work beyond the plan limit is billed hourly after you approve a quote, and if you regularly exceed the limit we will suggest a higher plan, which usually works out cheaper.
Do you sign NDAs and GDPR data-processing agreements?
Yes — a non-disclosure agreement and a GDPR-compliant data processing agreement are our standard. All data stays in Poland, with backups stored in our Gdansk and Gdynia data centers.
