DevOps services on subscription — a team for a fraction of a full-time hire
A full-time DevOps engineer costs 15,000–40,000 zł a month. With us you buy guaranteed hours of an experienced team: CI/CD, Kubernetes, Terraform and monitoring — with unused hours rolling over and a budget you can predict.

Why hour-based DevOps bundles?
Hour rollover — nothing is wasted
Unused hours carry over to the next month. A quiet month builds a buffer for a bigger rollout later — you pay for work done, not for standby.
A whole team, not a single person
Your bundle is delivered by engineers with different specialisations: CI/CD, containers, IaC, networking and security. One person's holiday or sick leave never blocks your roadmap.
Transparent time tracking
Every task is logged and you can see time reports in real time. At the end of the month you know exactly where every hour went — no guesswork, no rounding up.
Integrated with the Nodea platform
WEB monitoring
We connect the environments we deploy to the built-in monitoring of the app.nodea.io/app platform. We observe availability and performance proactively from multiple locations — observability is part of the rollout, not an afterthought.
Connection Manager
We reach servers through Connection Manager in app.nodea.io/app — a cross-platform SSH and RDP agent. Manage connections to the whole fleet from one place, with a record of who connected and when.
nodeaD — anti-DDoS with self-healing
Our in-house anti-DDoS system, integrated with monitoring. It detects and blocks attacks proactively, and on failure it triggers self-healing — automatic response and recovery of services before users feel it.
Built on 3-AZ infrastructure
3-AZ architecture
We design and run environments on our own infrastructure across three independent availability zones (3-AZ) in the Tricity. You build high availability into the deployment architecture from day one.
100 Gbps fiber ring
The three data centers are joined by a private 100 Gbps fiber ring. Replication and traffic failover between zones happen at low latency, within a single metropolitan area.
Resilient to a zone failure
A single facility failure does not stop your services — you keep replicas and backups in physically separated buildings. A natural foundation for a disaster recovery plan.
What we do as your DevOps team
CI/CD and automation
We build and optimise GitLab CI/CD pipelines: builds and tests, security scanning, automated deployments to staging and production. We cut the time from commit to production from days to minutes.
Containers and Kubernetes
We containerise applications (Docker) and design and operate Kubernetes clusters — including version upgrades, autoscaling and security policies. We move workloads from virtual machines to containers with zero downtime.
Infrastructure as Code
We describe infrastructure in Terraform and Ansible: reproducible environments, changes reviewed like code, no manual configuration. A new development environment takes minutes to spin up, not days.
Monitoring and observability
We deploy a full monitoring stack: Prometheus, Grafana and Nodea RAlert. Metrics, logs and alerts in one place — you see problems before your customers do.
Security and Disaster Recovery
In the top plan we add a security pipeline (SAST/DAST, container image scanning), multi-environment architecture and Disaster Recovery plans for container platforms — with 24/7 on-call for critical incidents.
Who are our DevOps services for?
Software houses and product companies without a platform team of their own, and IT departments that want to hand CI/CD and Kubernetes to specialists. The Start bundle (10 h) covers maintenance and small improvements, Growth (20 h) suits teams already running Kubernetes and Terraform, and Scale (40 h) fits companies with SLA requirements, a security pipeline and 24/7 on-call.
Ad-hoc DevOps rates on the market run 150–290 zł/h. In our bundles the effective rate drops to 172–199 zł/h, and rollover plus a priority queue mean the subscription beats hiring by the hour from month one.
Behind the service stands a team that has run production infrastructure since 2008 and operates its own data centers in Gdańsk and Gdynia — you are not starting out with a freelancer, but with an infrastructure provider that owns the whole environment.

Frequently asked questions
What happens to hours I don't use in a given month?
They carry over to the next month (rollover up to 1 month). Example: a quiet month on the Growth bundle leaves you 8 hours — next month you have 28 at your disposal. Most providers bill "use it or lose it"; we don't.
How do you track and bill time?
Every task is logged with a detailed description and you can watch time reports in real time — no waiting for the invoice. We bill actual execution time, and any work beyond the bundle is always quoted for your approval first.
Can I change my bundle during the contract?
Yes, you can move up or down from the next billing month. When you upgrade, the lower overtime rate and shorter response time apply from day one of the new period.
What does the 1500 zł onboarding cover?
An audit of your environment (repositories, pipelines, infrastructure, monitoring), access housekeeping, setting up the communication channel (Slack/Teams) and a prioritised plan of first improvements. After onboarding the team knows your stack well enough to handle tasks without endless questions.
Can I spend the hours on consulting and architecture, not just implementation?
Yes — bundle hours are yours to use freely: implementation, maintenance, configuration reviews, architecture consulting or workshops for your development team.
