How we work
Work on our own infrastructure
You work on a real production environment — KVM cloud, bare-metal servers, three data centers and the Proxmox platform, not artificial training exercises.
A concrete technology stack
Linux (Debian, RHEL-like), Windows Server, Ansible, Proxmox VE, Zabbix, Apache/Nginx, PHP and Laravel, Docker and CI/CD in GitLab. The tools we actually use.
Growth under a mentor
You start with simpler tasks and gradually take on more demanding ones. A training budget and a real promotion path are available.
Fixed working hours
We work 08:00-16:00 on business days. Clear division of responsibilities and a predictable schedule.

Intern
What we expect:
- first experience in or a genuine interest in the IT industry,
- familiarity with computer hardware,
- a good command of Polish and English,
- active student status,
- communication skills and a willingness to learn.

Customer service specialist
Responsibilities:
- day-to-day customer support — helping resolve issues or routing tickets to the right team,
- entering data into our systems,
- preparing commercial offers,
- selling services and handling complaints,
- taking part in testing new services,
- maintaining after-sales relationships with clients.
What we expect:
- basic knowledge of web hosting concepts (hosting, domains, servers),
- English good enough to read technical documentation,
- a high standard of personal culture and language accuracy,
- good organisation and independence in solving problems.

Junior Linux Administrator
What we expect:
- knowledge of Linux systems (Debian-like, RHEL-like),
- basics of computer networking,
- an understanding of how web applications work,
- basic knowledge of web hosting concepts (hosting, domains, servers),
- English good enough to read technical documentation,
- good organisation and independence in solving problems.
Nice to have:
- familiarity with Ansible, Cron, Proxmox VE,
- basic knowledge of popular CMSs,
- understanding of e-mail protocols,
- ability to configure web servers — Apache, Nginx, PHP,
- scripting experience (Bash, Python, PHP).

Junior Windows Administrator
What we expect:
- knowledge of Windows / Windows Server systems,
- basics of computer networking,
- an understanding of how web applications work,
- basic knowledge of web hosting concepts (hosting, domains, servers),
- English good enough to read technical documentation,
- good organisation and independence in solving problems.
Nice to have:
- familiarity with PowerShell, VBS, CMD,
- basic knowledge of MS SQL databases,
- practical experience with VMware; Hyper-V is a plus,
- basic knowledge of Linux.

Junior Frontend Developer
What we expect:
- knowledge of JS, CSS and HTML,
- a sense of aesthetics,
- an understanding of how web applications work,
- ability to work with the Git version control system,
- English good enough to read technical documentation,
- good organisation and independence in solving problems.
Nice to have:
- familiarity with Vue.js, React.js or Docker,
- experience with REST APIs,
- knowledge of Bootstrap, Less or Sass.

Junior PHP Developer
What we expect:
- knowledge of PHP, CSS and HTML,
- an understanding of how web applications work,
- familiarity with REST APIs and Docker,
- ability to work with the Git version control system,
- English good enough to read technical documentation,
- good organisation and independence in solving problems.
Nice to have:
- working knowledge of at least one framework: Laravel or Symfony,
- understanding of object-oriented programming and relational databases,
- familiarity with CI/CD in GitLab.
