What technologies does the hosting use?

The hosting is built on CloudLinux (an operating system designed specifically for hosting environments), PHP Selector (easy switching between PHP versions), Imunify and Apache 2.4 with mod_lsapi. The Plesk panel additionally offers the WordPress Toolkit — including one-click WordPress installation together with the database and administrator account.

Does the hosting come with its own IP address?

Yes — the offer includes reserved resources and a dedicated IP address with reverse-DNS (revDNS) customisation.

Dedicated servers — bare metal

Full hardware resources for a single customer: complete control over compute power, memory and network bandwidth, with no resource sharing with other users.

Which dedicated-server configurations are available?

Our dedicated servers are based on AMD RYZEN 9 5950X (16C/32T) processors as well as AMD EPYC 7402P (24C/48T) and EPYC 9354P (32C/64T), with memory from 128 GB DDR4-ECC up to 512 GB DDR5-ECC and Samsung PM9A3 NVMe drives. Prices start at PLN 779 net per month. The full price list is on the bare metal page.

Is data transfer limited?

No — dedicated servers come with unlimited data transfer and a 1 Gbps uplink. You never have to worry about exceeding limits or extra charges.

Can I manage a dedicated server remotely?

Yes — the IPMI interface provides remote management and control of the server, enabling convenient monitoring, diagnostics and repair even without physical access.

Will you connect my servers into a private network?

Yes — with privateVLAN we will connect all your servers, both bare metal and cloud, into a shared private network.

Administration and DevOps

Your servers are looked after by experienced Linux and Windows administrators and DevOps engineers — below are the questions about our administration and managed-service plans.

Which Linux administration plans do you offer?

Four plans are available: Basic (PLN 165 net/month), Extended (PLN 330 net/month), Premium (PLN 550 net/month) and Enterprise (PLN 1,584 net/month). Each includes Zabbix monitoring, a monthly PDF report, regular stress tests, security audits, DRT (Disaster Recovery Test) and backup storage from 500 GB to 10 TB. Failure response times on business days (8:00–16:00) range from 2 hours on the Basic plan down to 15 minutes on Enterprise. Details on the Linux administration page.

Do I have to report failures myself?

No — as part of the administration service we respond to failures proactively. When you entrust us with server administration, you do not need to report outages: we react to monitoring alerts ourselves.

Can I reserve additional administrator hours?

Yes — to guarantee access to our administrators, you can reserve their time in a given month. Flat-rate hour packages start at 1 hour (PLN 180 net/month), with discounts on larger packages.

Do you offer Windows administration, DevOps services and IT outsourcing?

Yes — all three services are available. Windows Server administration (Active Directory, RDS, SQL Server, COMARCH ERP) starts at 219 zł net/mo. DevOps services come as 10/20/40-hour bundles with rollover of unused hours, from 1990 zł net/mo. IT outsourcing is billed per seat — from 99 zł net, with a helpdesk and on-site visits in the Tricity area and Leszno.

Infrastructure and SLA

Our infrastructure runs in three independent data centres in the Tricity area — each one is a separate availability zone.

Where are the servers physically located?

In three independent data centres in the Tricity area: MP100 (Gdańsk, ul. Marynarki Polskiej 100, TIER III), GAC133 (Gdynia, TIER III) and IQ (IQ Data Center, Gdańsk, ul. Geodetów 16, availability class 3 according to the EN 50600 standards, with ISO 27001, ISO 22301, ISO 9001 and PCI DSS certificates). Read more on the infrastructure page.

What does the three-availability-zone (3-AZ) architecture give me?

The MP100, GAC133 and IQ facilities are connected by a fibre-optic ring with multiplied 100 Gbps links; the fibres enter the buildings from different sides and run along independent routes. Unavailability of one facility does not stop the services — they keep running in the two remaining zones, and backups and replicas are stored in physically separate buildings. Latency on the Gdańsk–Gdynia route is around 0.3 ms.

What SLA do you guarantee?

For KVM cloud instances we guarantee a 99.99% SLA. For bare-metal servers the guaranteed network availability is 99.98%.

How do you monitor the services?

We use Zabbix to monitor servers — we automatically monitor the state of the software and the physical server components. Every server under our care is monitored around the clock, and most incidents are resolved before they affect the services.

How do I reach technical support?

Our hotline (+48) 536-064-610 is open on business days from 08:00 to 16:00. You can also write to bok@nodea.pl or create a verified ticket in the Help System after logging in to the client panel.
