Linux server administration — full control without a full-time admin

We have been managing Linux servers since 2008, with hundreds of machines of every scale under our belt. We take over the care of your infrastructure — monitoring, updates, backups and proactive incident response — while you focus on growing your business.

Why trust us with your Linux servers?

Security

Sleep well knowing your data and systems are protected by best practices: encrypted backups, regular updates and security audits, and constant availability monitoring. We shrink the risk of an incident before anyone can exploit it.

Transparency and reporting

Every month you receive a PDF report on your server: performance, maintenance work performed and recommendations. Thanks to automated time tracking you can watch our administrators' hour reports in real time — you always know exactly what you are paying for.

Experience and expertise

A team of skilled Linux administrators who have managed hundreds of servers of varying scale and complexity. You get battle-tested solutions and top-quality service — not experiments on your production systems.

Integrated with the Nodea platform

Connection Manager

We reach the servers we administer through Connection Manager in app.nodea.io/app — a cross-platform SSH and RDP agent. Manage connections to the whole fleet from one place, without scattered configurations on workstations, and with a record of who connected and when.

WEB monitoring

We connect the servers under our care to the built-in monitoring of the app.nodea.io/app platform, alongside Zabbix watching system resources. We observe application availability proactively from multiple locations — and an outage alert reaches the administrators before a user reports it.

nodeaD — anti-DDoS with self-healing

Our in-house anti-DDoS system, integrated with monitoring. It detects and blocks attacks proactively, and on failure it triggers self-healing — automatic response and recovery of services before users feel it.

Three availability zones as standard

3-AZ architecture

We keep servers and services across three independent availability zones (3-AZ) in the Tricity. This is an edge most providers don't offer — you design for high availability at the infrastructure level.

100 Gbps fiber ring

The three data centers are joined by a private 100 Gbps fiber ring. Replication and traffic failover between zones happen at low latency, within a single metropolitan area.

Resilient to a zone failure

A single facility failure does not stop your services — you keep replicas and backups in physically separated buildings. A natural foundation for a disaster recovery plan.

Scope of Linux server administration

Monitoring and proactive response

Every server under our care is monitored around the clock: Zabbix watches load, resources and system services, while our own Nodea RAlert platform checks the availability of your HTTP applications from multiple locations. Alerts go straight to our administrators — we respond to incidents proactively, without waiting for you to report them.

Updates and hardening

We regularly patch system packages and security components during service windows, harden the configuration (SSH, firewall, fail2ban, permissions) and run security audits. An unpatched server is the most common source of incidents — so we patch before an attacker does it for us.

Web servers and applications

We maintain production stacks built on Nginx and Apache, PHP-FPM, Node.js and Python applications — from configuration and performance tuning, through TLS certificates and reverse proxies, to tuning for production traffic. We also maintain containerised environments (Docker) where they are already in use.

Databases

We administer MySQL, MariaDB and PostgreSQL: backup plans and verification, replication, query optimisation and performance tuning for real-world load. On higher plans we monitor databases for slow queries and locks.

Backup and Disaster Recovery

We configure encrypted backups with retention matched to your plan (from 500 GB to 10 TB) and regularly test restores (DRT — Disaster Recovery Test). Backups are stored in our data centers in Gdańsk and Gdynia — your data never leaves Poland.

Proxmox virtualisation

We maintain Proxmox virtualisation environments (KVM and LXC containers): clustering and high availability, live migration with no downtime, and flexible resource allocation as your needs grow.

Who is Linux server administration for?

For companies running online shops, web applications or business systems on cloud instances, dedicated or bare-metal servers that do not want to hire a full-time administrator. It also works well as backup for an in-house IT team that prefers to hand system maintenance to specialists and reclaim time for development projects.

Which administration plan should you choose?

Basic (165 zł net/mo) is enough for a single server with one HTTP application. Extended (330 zł) cuts the failure response time to 1 hour during business hours and monitors up to 5 applications. Premium (550 zł) includes 3 hours of admin work per month and monitoring of 10 applications, while Enterprise (1584 zł) delivers a response as fast as 15 minutes, 8 hours of work and 10 TB of backup storage. Every plan includes Zabbix monitoring, a monthly PDF report, regular stress tests, security audits and a Disaster Recovery test.

Frequently asked questions

Will you take over a server left by a previous admin, with no documentation?

Yes — this is our everyday scenario. We start with an audit: an inventory of services and configuration, a review of backups and security, and cleaning up access. After the audit you receive a report listing risks and recommendations, and we take over care with no downtime for your applications.

How do you respond to incidents, and what does the SLA guarantee?

We respond to incidents proactively — the monitoring alert goes straight to our administrators, so you never have to report a problem. The guaranteed response time depends on the plan: from 2h on Basic to as little as 15 minutes during business hours on Enterprise. Emergency work is always carried out, regardless of the hour limit.

What happens when I use up the hours in my plan?

Planned work beyond the plan limit is billed hourly after you approve a quote. You can also reserve additional flat-rate hour packages in advance — larger packages come with discounts of up to 15%. If you regularly exceed the limit, we will suggest moving to a higher plan, which is usually cheaper.

Where are backups stored?

In our data centers in Gdańsk and Gdynia — your data never leaves Poland. Backups are encrypted, with retention matched to your plan (from 500 GB to 10 TB), and restores are regularly tested as part of the Disaster Recovery Test.

Do you sign an NDA and a data processing agreement (GDPR)?

Yes — we sign a non-disclosure agreement and a GDPR-compliant data processing agreement as standard. We have been managing Linux servers since 2008, with hundreds of machines of every scale under our belt — you are entrusting production to a team with proven experience, not a freelancer.
